Maintenance and Support for your CoolSpools Software

Get full access to the latest security and feature updates, Fix packs, Training, Technical help and more.

Maintenance is FREE for the first year on all of our products. Thereafter, maintenance is invoiced in advance on an annual basis and provides you with continued access to our latest fix packs, Licence transfers, DR temporary licences and product updates. We regularly improve the entire CoolSpools Suite, so you can be sure that your system is running securely and at top performance.

Maintenance also gives you access to our support portal where you call or email our team – and you can raise a support ticket to ask for help with installation, configuration or specific system requirements. You can also request feature enhancements and search our Wiki of FAQ’s.

Maintenance for CoolSpools Suite

Complete product maintenance package for the entire CoolSpools Suite, including Converter, Email, Database and Admin at a discounted rate of $805.

Our annual maintenance package allows you to use our support solutions, including; email, telephone and ticketed support during working hours. Maintenance also keeps all of your CoolSpools software up to date and enables you to request a FREE 30 day temporary key for testing on your backup server.

Maintenance is included with our software for the first 12 months after purchase. Annual maintenance for year two onwards is priced at $805 and is invoiced in advance.
